(a) These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Lodgicl’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and any related services (Services).
(b) By registering for or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
(c) If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
(a) You must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
(b) To access some features, you must register an account, providing accurate and complete information.
(c) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
(a) You may only use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
(b) You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform.
(c) Misuse of the Services, including unauthorised access or tampering, may result in suspension or termination.
(a) Some features require payment. Pricing and terms are disclosed at the point of subscription or purchase.
(b) Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in AUD and exclude applicable taxes.
(c) Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.
(a) Use of the Services is governed by Lodgicl’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal and usage data is collected and managed.
(b) You agree to Lodgicl’s use of anonymised and aggregate data for system optimisation and product improvement.
(c) Data security is maintained in line with industry best practices and ISO 27001 standards.
(a) All intellectual property in the Services, including software, content, and
documentation, is owned or licensed by Lodgicl.
(b) No rights are granted to you other than those expressly provided under these Terms.
(a) Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information received through the use of the Services.
(b) Confidential obligations survive termination of these Terms.
(a) While Lodgicl strives for continuous service availability, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
(b) We are not liable for any disruptions that may arise from such unavailability.
(a) You may stop using the Services at any time.
(b) Lodgicl may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
(c) Upon termination, all access rights cease and you must discontinue use of the Services.
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodgicl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
(b) Lodgicl’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
(a) Lodgicl may update these Terms periodically.
(b) Changes will be published on our website and effective upon posting.
(c) Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
(a) These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
(b) Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

(a) You may input data, files, or content into the platform (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
(b) You grant Lodgicl a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process User Content as required to provide the Services.
(c) You must ensure that User Content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
(a) The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party software, services, or APIs. Lodgicl is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these external systems.
(b) Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions, and you agree to comply with those as applicable.
(a) Lodgicl may offer access to beta features or pre-release services. These are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
(b) You may provide feedback or suggestions; by doing so, you grant Lodgicl a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose.
